Edinburgh. Trained personnel with 'field
experience' man the help desk at all times.
In addition - for
Clients with their own Remote Access, Odessa
offers additional Remote Management Services.
Our Clients can elect
to use the help desk facilities as follows:-

9am - 5pm (1, 2, 3 or 4 days
per week)

9am - 5pm (Working week-days)

9am - 9am (Working week-days x 24 Hour)

9am - 9am (365 days x 24 Hour per year)
