'Site Help Response' Service for Clients who require immediate response to
their site to assist in fault finding and assistance in re-building their IT
Infrastructure.
Our Clients can elect
to use the service facilities as follows:-

9am - 5pm (Working week-days)

9am - 9am (Working week-days x 24 Hour)
-
9am - 9am (365 days x 24 Hour per year)
This Service Contract includes the 'Odessa Help Desk' and covers the
